DMCA Policy

HerHost respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on HerHost infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material on our Platform that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address
Repeat Infringers
HerHost will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
Non-Consensual Content
In addition to copyright claims, we take non-consensual intimate image ("NCII") reports extremely seriously. If content featuring you was posted without your consent, contact us immediately at safety@herhost.live and we will prioritize its removal.
